- If you are a client or supplier, we use your data to properly manage the contractual or pre-contractual relationship, as applicable.
- If you send us a CV, we use that data to consider you for possible future recruitment processes at our company.

What is the legal basis for the processing?
The legal bases legitimising our processing of the data are the following:
- For enquiries, processing is based on your consent.
- In relationships with clients and suppliers, processing is based on the need to perform the contract.
- With regard to CVs, processing is based on your consent.
How long do we keep your data?
- For enquiries, we keep the data for the current year unless we are legally required to retain it for longer.
- If you are a client or supplier, we keep the data throughout the commercial relationship and afterwards for the time strictly necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
- If you send us a CV, we keep it for a maximum of two years.
Who will we share your data with?
POSPOTENTIAL does not intend to transfer your data or disclose it to third parties. However, where there is a contractual relationship, we may need to disclose it to financial institutions, insurers, public administrations, etc.
In order to provide our services we may work with third-party software and applications, which we endeavour to keep within EU territory. In any event, should we intend to carry out international transfers, we would inform data subjects accordingly.
What rights do you have and where can you turn?
Where data processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it. You also have the following rights:
- To know how we are processing your data and what data we hold about you.
- To request the rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
